How do I receive my downloads?

Every purchase is an instant digital download through Etsy. After checkout, Etsy emails you download links right away — nothing ships, and there's no waiting. Larger products arrive as small ZIP files so they download easily, and each one includes a friendly start-here guide that walks you through setup.

How do I get a download into Goodnotes?

It takes about two minutes, whether it's a planner, a checklist, or anything else made for a notes app: download the file on your computer or iPad (and unzip it if it's a ZIP) so the PDF is in your Files app. Then press and hold the PDF, tap Share → Open in Goodnotes, and choose Import as new document. That's it.

Which apps do the digital downloads work with?

Any PDF annotation app. Goodnotes and Notability are the favorites, and Noteshelf, Xodo, and Penly work the same way. (The notes app itself is a separate purchase from its maker — our files work in whichever you already use.)

How does navigation work in the bigger products?

Multi-section products like the travel planner are fully hyperlinked — tap the tabs (top tabs on the landscape layout, side tabs on portrait) or the contents page on mobile to jump straight to any section. The links work right inside your notes app.

Can I duplicate pages if I need more room?

Yes — pages in our digital products are duplicatable. In Goodnotes, open the page you'd like to copy, tap the ••• menu, and choose Copy Page — perfect for longer trips, extra lists, or more entries. Other apps have the same feature.

If a product comes in multiple layouts, do they sync?

No — each layout (for example iPad landscape, iPad portrait, and mobile) is its own separate PDF, so notes in one don't carry over to another. Most people work in detail on the iPad and keep the mobile version handy on the go.

What device works best?

Everything in the shop is made for a tablet and a stylus — an iPad with an Apple Pencil is the sweet spot, and any tablet with a stylus works the same way. They open on your phone too, though the pages are sized for a larger screen.

What's your refund policy?

Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are non-refundable — but if anything isn't working, reach out and we'll make it right.
